Promoting a healthy balance
Agriton manufacturers, sources and supplies a range of agricultural and horticultural products. These products are aimed at improving one or more of the chemical, physical and biological aspects within the Soil-Plant-Animal-Manure cycle. Recycling energy throughout the soil, plant, animal, manure cycle improves efficiencies, reduces harmful emissions and promotes a healthier and more natural balance. Agriton believe that by maximising on farm resources we can reduce the need for environmentally damaging and expensive farm inputs to create a regenerative and profitable agricultural industry.
Agriton’s passion lies with advising and knowledge transfer which is a huge part of what we do. This knowledge is supported by scientific evidence and ongoing research and development. With Agriton being part of the EM (Effective micro-organisms) family we have access to trial and research papers from across the world. The EM family was started by Prof. Dr. Teruo Higa from the University of the Ryukyus in Japan and forms the foundation upon which Agriton was established. Effective micro-organisms (EM) not only forms the building blocks of our company’s ethos but it is also the foundation for the whole of ecological pyramid. EM plays a vital role in all aspects of the Soil-Plants-Animal-Manure cycle.
