At Agriton UK, we are committed to your satisfaction — and the health of our planet. Our products are designed with sustainability in mind, and we hope you’ll love them as much as we do. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order — no explanation required. This cooling-off period begins the day after you receive your goods.

To exercise your right to cancel:

  • Please email us at info@agriton.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You then have another 14 days to return the goods.

Please note: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used consumable products (including products intended for human or animal consumption), unless they are faulty or not as described.

Items You Can Return

We accept returns on:

  • Unopened and unused non-consumable items

  • Faulty or damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

Please return items in their original condition and packaging. Returns that are used, opened, or damaged (unless due to a fault) may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us at info@agriton.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Repackage your item securely.

  3. Post it back to us at:

Please include your name, order number, and contact details in the package.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service, as you're responsible for the safe return of the item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. We’ll notify you once your refund is on its way.

If you’re returning a faulty item, we will also refund reasonable return postage costs.
